You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post or by e-mail) of your intention to withdraw from the contract. For this purpose, you can use the return form, which you can download here. However, you are not obliged to do so. In order to comply with the revocation deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation deadline has expired.

Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive back from us all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and in any event no later than 30 days after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the agreement.

If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you by the same means of payment as that used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fee for such a refund. We may wait for a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to revoke the contract. You will be on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are for your own account.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If you live abroad and would like to return your order, you can request a return label from customer service. You can do this by sending an email to: This way you can return your order at a local rate. Your return will be sent to our partners abroad, from your home country your package will be sent back to us in the Netherlands. As soon as we have received your package in the Netherlands you will receive a confirmation. The amount of your return package will be refunded within a maximum of 3 weeks.

Items cannot be exchanged for other items. If you still want a different size, color or product you can return the unwanted item, we will credit you within 5 working days! In the meantime you can order the right product again in our webshop, you will have it (provided everything goes well on the side of the shipping company) the next day. This also applies to sale items.

Within 14 working days you will receive a refund for the returned items to the account you used for the original purchase. Always ask for a track & trace code when returning your product. Without this code we cannot do anything for you in case of loss by the shipping company.

We find it very annoying that you have a complaint on an item delivered by us. Always send an email with a photo of the complaint to our customer service via before you return an item. Do not forget to mention the order number. We try to solve your complaint as soon as possible for you!


A pre-order is an item that is not yet in stock but can be ordered. The expected delivery date of the item is indicated in red at the item itself.


Yes, sale items may also be returned within 14 days after receipt. The items must be returned undamaged with the labels still attached. If you want to return the order, please follow the steps on the return form. These can be found in the attachment to the 'your order is packed' mail. If you are unable to return your order, please mail to or call +31 (0)20 2149750.

We understand that it is annoying that certain items are now discounted and not at the time you bought something. Unfortunately we can't do anything about this afterwards and we can't give retroactive discounts on orders from before the sale. In any case, you are now assured of your desired item! If you would wait, there is a chance that an item will sell out or your size is out of stock.
Unfortunately, we can no longer do anything about this and do not grant any additional retroactive discounts on orders that have already been placed during the sale. We understand that it is annoying that certain items are now even more discounted than when you bought the item. But at least you are now assured of your desired item and have bought it at a discount! If you would wait, there is a chance that an item will sell out or your size is out of stock.
Yes, they work during the sale but are unfortunately not always valid in combination with sale items. For more information, see the condition of the discount code. Note: Discount codes cannot be combined.
Our sale items are not replenished, in some cases items are returned and are temporarily back online. Keep an eye on our website regularly.
If you get stuck when paying you can do the following: use another payment method or browser, change WiFi connection and check if your chosen bank has no malfunction at that moment. Have you chosen AfterPay then it is possible that there is still an account open.

No, you do not need an account to make a purchase. However, it is easy to create an account, so you have insight into your orders!
To find out which size suits you best, there is a size guide with each item. We recommend that you keep this size guide when considering a purchase.
After placing your order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change or cancel data. We work together with a large fulfilment center that processes every order immediately. They do their utmost to pack and send the order as soon as possible.
We receive a lot of orders in one day. Chances are that the product is sold out during your purchase process.

The Netherlands: On working days ordered before 23.45 hours = tomorrow at home. (With the exception of holidays and periods).

Outside the Netherlands this takes 2-6 days.

Unfortunately, in some cases it may take a little longer because of delays at DHL/PostNL.

If you haven't received the package after 7 working days, please contact our customer service.

You will receive an e-mail as soon as your parcel is given to PostNL/DHL. In this e-mail you will find your Track & Trace code with which you can track your parcel.

If DHL is unable to deliver the package to you or your neighbours, they will leave a card in your letterbox. With the code on this card you can indicate on their website when they can come to you. You can also choose to have your parcel delivered to your neighbours or to a DHL Collection Point. If you do not make a choice, the parcel will be offered again the next day (up to a maximum of 4 times). Please note: a delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

You can track your parcel with the tracking code you will find in the mail you receive from us after your parcel has been sent.

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation from us. Did you not receive this mail? Check your junk mail! If you do not find it there then there is probably something wrong with filling in your details. Check in your account if your email address is correct.


You can pay for your order in several ways, with each payment method there are corresponding payment fees:

AfterPay carries out the entire payment process for Colourful Rebel B.V. afterwards. This means that you receive a digital invoice from AfterPay via e-mail to pay for the purchased product(s). You can pay Colourful Rebel B.V. with a digital invoice up to an amount of €250.

When you return one or more items from your order, this amount will be removed from your Afterpay account. Eventually you will receive an up-to-date account with the amount you need to pay. Will you return your entire order? Then your entire Afterpay account will be deleted. You can always contact AfterPay if you have any questions.
