You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, or by e-mail). To do so, you can use the return form, which you can download here. But you are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments made by you up to that time, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

If you return only part of your order, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, no fees will be charged to you in such refunds. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that the goods have been returned, whichever comes first. You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are in time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are at your own expense.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Items cannot be exchanged for other items. If you do want a different size, color or product you can return the unwanted item, which we will credit to you within 5 working days! In the meantime you can reorder the right product in our webshop, which you will then (if all goes well on the part of the shipping company) receive the next day. This also applies to sale items.

Within 14 business days you will receive a refund for the returned items to the account you used for the original purchase. When returning your product, always ask for a track & trace code. Without this code we cannot do anything for you in case of loss by the shipping company.

We find it very annoying that you have a complaint about an item delivered by us. Always send an email with a picture of the complaint to our customer service via before you return an item. Do not forget to mention the order number. We will try to solve your complaint as soon as possible for you!


Yes, sale items can be returned within 14 days after receipt. The items must be returned undamaged with the labels still attached. If you wish to return the order, please follow the steps on the return form. This can be found in the attachment of the 'your order is packed' mail. If you are unable to find the return form, please email or call +31 (0)20 2149750.

Please note. If you want a different size, we advise you to order it during the sale or special offer. When the sale is over, we cannot offer the product for the reduced price anymore.

We understand that it is annoying that certain items are discounted now and not when you bought them. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this afterwards and we cannot give retroactive discounts on pre-sale orders. In any case, you are now assured of your desired item! If you would wait you run the risk that an item is sold out or your size is out of stock.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this and we cannot give extra discounts retroactively on orders already placed during the sale. We understand that it is annoying that certain items are now even more discounted than when you bought the item. But at least you are now assured of your desired item and bought it at a discount! Our sale items are not restocked, in some cases items are returned and are temporarily back online. Keep a regular eye on our website for this.
If you get stuck while paying, you can do the following: use a different payment method or browser, change wifi connection and check if your chosen bank has no problems at that moment. If you have chosen AfterPay then it is possible that there is still an open account.

No, you do not need an account to make a purchase. However, it is easy to create an account so you have insight into your orders!
To find out which size fits best, there is a size guide with each item. We recommend using this size guide when considering a purchase.
After placing your order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change or cancel details. We work with a large fulfillment center that processes every order directly. They do their utmost to pack and ship the order as soon as possible.
We receive a huge number of orders in one day. There is a chance that the product will be sold out during your purchase process.

Netherlands: Our rule is: on working days ordered before 23.45 = tomorrow in house. (With the exception of holidays and periods).

Outside the Netherlands it takes 2-6 days.

In some cases it may unfortunately take a little longer because of a delay at DHL/PostNL.

If you have not received your package after 7 working days, please contact our customer service.

You will receive an email as soon as your package is handed over to PostNL/DHL. This e-mail contains your Track & Trace code with which you can track your package.

If DHL is unable to deliver your package to you or your neighbors, they will leave a card in your mailbox. With the code on this card you can indicate on their website when they can visit you. You can also choose to have your package delivered to your neighbors or to a DHL Pickup Point. If you do not make a choice, the parcel will be offered again the next day (up to 4 times). Please note that a delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

You can track your package with the tracking code you will find in the email you receive from us after your package is shipped.

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation from us. Did you not receive this email? Check your junk mail! If you do not find it there, then something probably went wrong with filling in your details. Check in your account if your e-mail address is correct.


You can pay for your order in several ways, each payment method has a corresponding payment fee:

Klarna performs the entire payment process for Colourful Rebel B.V.. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from Klarna via e-mail for the purchased product(s).

When you return one or more items from your order, this amount will be removed from your Klarna account. Eventually you will receive an up-to-date invoice with the amount you have to pay.
