ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

After this time, your order may already be in processing or shipping and changes may no longer be possible.


SHIPPING ISSUES

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
  • A description of the issue

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
