Position : Senior Sales Manager

Location : Amsterdam and the Netherlands


  • Sales Strategy - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market presence and achieve sales goals. Identify new business development opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
  • 2. Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retailers. Actively engage with potential customers and build a network of partnerships to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Sales Performance Analysis - Analyze sales data, track performance metrics and generate regular reports for the management team. Use data-driven insights to evaluate sales performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Sales Forecasting and Budgeting - Prepare sales forecasts and budgets and ensure they are aligned with overall business objectives. Monitor and manage the budget to optimize resource allocation and maximize return on investment.
  • Promotional Activities - Plan and execute sales promotions, events and campaigns to drive brand visibility and sales. Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to align promotional efforts.


  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in fashion sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Extensive knowledge of the fashion industry, market dynamics and emerging trends.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Existing network of contacts within the fashion retail industry is an asset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (It's Perfect) and Microsoft Office Suite.
