Personal details are carefully processed and secured by us. In our processing, we comply with the requirements of the privacy legislation. This means, among other things:

Use of personal data.

When using our web shop, we obtain certain information from you. These may be personal data. We store and use only the personal data that you provide directly, in the context of the service requested by you, or of which it is clear that they will be provided to us for processing. Certain parts of our webshop require you to register first. After registration, we will use your chosen username to store your personal data. We keep this information so that you do not have to fill it in again each time and so that we can contact you within the framework of the execution of the agreement.

We will not provide the data linked to your user name to third parties, unless this is necessary within the framework of the execution of the agreement you enter into with us or if this is required by law. In case of suspicion of fraud or abuse of our webshop, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities.

Contact form and newsletter

We offer through our webshop the possibility to ask questions by means of a contact form, in which you will be asked to fill in various details in order to process your question. You choose which data you provide. The data you send us will be kept as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail is necessary for the complete answer and handling. We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe. Your e-mail address will automatically be added to the list of subscribers.

Provision to third parties

We may pass on your data to our partners. These partners are involved in the execution of the agreement. These partners are (also) established outside the EU. We have strict agreements with them to comply with the European privacy rules. We therefore separately ask for your explicit consent before they receive your data. Social media buttons are included in our webshop. These buttons are used by the managers of these services to collect your personal data.

Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are also placed by third parties that are enabled by us. When you visit our webshop for the first time, a message will be displayed explaining why we use cookies. Your further use of our web shop we interpret as permission for this use of cookies. You are free to disable cookies through your browser. However, please note that it is possible that our website may not function optimally. We have made agreements with third parties who place cookies about the use of cookies and applications. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our webshop. We have entered into a processing agreement with Google to make agreements about the handling of our data. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services, finally, we let the IP addresses anonymize.

Security

We take security measures to limit misuse and unauthorized access to personal data.

Storage periods

The personal data described above will be kept for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty. Thereafter, we will retain data for up to one year for the statistical purposes described. The data will then be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it for a longer period (such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for payment data).
